GLWD Investment Company Limited was established as the dedicated social-infrastructure implementation platform for the Green Line White Dots Initiative.

The Green Line White Dots Initiative is GLWD's long-term social-infrastructure development strategy, integrating Education, Healthcare, Sports & Youth Development and Infrastructure & Enabling Services.
Long-Term National Ambition: Up to 1,185 Education Cities across Nigeria. Subject to phased development, validation, implementation capacity and evidence generated through the First Pilot.
The First Pilot is intended to establish and validate one integrated Education City model before wider replication. It will generate practical evidence across service delivery, operations, infrastructure, partnerships and long-term sustainability.

Community Primary Healthcare, maternal and child health, prevention and basic diagnostics.

Pilot capacities, footprint and final specifications remain subject to site selection, feasibility, beneficiary assessment, master planning and detailed design.
The First Education City Pilot is designed for modular participation by government institutions, development organisations, foundations, DFIs, corporate and technical partners, equipment providers, research institutions and other mission-aligned organisations.
The Green Line White Dots Initiative was conceptualised by MDG Investment Company Limited within a wider development architecture linking economic and infrastructure development with long-term social and human-capital development.
